The Casually Spicy Holiday Spritz

Light, bubbly, and casually spicy! This festive spritz combines sparkling wine with fruit juice and candied jalapeño syrup for an easy holiday cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Prosecco

  • 1 oz cranberry juice

  • 1 oz club soda

  • ½ oz For Pedro's Sake Candied Jalapeño syrup

  • 1–2 small pieces candied jalapeños

  • Ice

  • Orange slice and rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Add candied jalapeño syrup and cranberry juice to a wine glass.

  2. Fill the glass with ice.

  3. Add Prosecco and club soda.

  4. Stir gently to combine.

  5. Garnish with an orange slice, rosemary, and a small piece of candied jalapeño.

Pedro's Tip: Cherry adds a bright fruity sweetness, Cranberry complements the holiday flavors, and Original creates a more classic sweet-and-spicy spritz.
