About Us

We started making candied jalapeños to give as gifts to our friends and family and over the years they encouraged us to make this a business and we resisted until a chat with a close friend.  During this last conversation before he lost his battle with cancer he said "Bro, you need to sell your candied jalapeños."  I couldn't tell him no and shortly afterwards we came up with a name that would honor my dear friend, keep his name and his memory with us forever. That is how we got to be "For Pedro's Sake!"
